Friendly, punctual, did what he said he was going to do. Asked him to replace brake pads which he did.

James was very polite, informative and I felt he was honest with his opinion. He did not try to pressure me into anything regarding work to be completed, but suggested actions I could take to try and solve the issue with my car and even recommended me places to go to save money on parts. Would highly recommend!

Decent work. Annoying that the car was collected and dropped off late but they kept me informed fairly well.

Ryan was amazing from start to finish. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked what I thought was wrong, completely listened. He tested everything and actually said the indicators were working ok but this quite often happened. He then checked everything and carried the work in a professional manner. He explained to me everything that he had done and then also said I could contact him if I had any problems. Amazing. Drove car today and everything felt new as he said, much more confident in my indicators now.

Unless. The diagnosis I received: Something wrong with your Ad Blue system. That much I had known already from message on the dashboard.

James (Jimmy) was excellent. Diagnosed the issue and as they were minor ones, sorted it there and then, and gave the car an extra check over and answered Qs I had (selling the car as owner deceased. Super helpful. Will def book again if needed.

Excellent job done. The glow plugs weren't the correct ones ordered so the replacement couldn't be carried out on our driveway, but Daniel took the car back to their garage and completed the job there, then he brought the car back to us. Couldn't have been happier 😊

Won't be using Click Mechanic again waste of money. He just used the computer to find the issue didn't even open the bonnet and did not try to fix the issue on site. He claims EGR needs replacing on the report but he said to me it might just need cleaning maybe but he's not sure cause he just looked into the car computer report...

The mechanic was fine at diagnosing the problem. My concern is that the quote that he submitted is much higher than the quote for the same job on your website.
