The mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable as a vauxhall specialist. I am very happy with the work that he carried out. He arrived on time and diagnosed any issues with the car. It was carried out in a timely manner. I misdiagnosed the fact that I needed my brake fluid changed and he still topped up my oil and brake fluid. He changed both bulbs in my headlights which are now perfectly working. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone.

I was given a time slot of 0800 - 1000. As nobody turned up, I called at 1015 to check status. I was told they would reach me by 1130. Eventually, they arrived at 1245. There was no communication and I was just left waiting the whole morning. Further, I was told that the car needed some repairs to pass the MOT. They said it will take a lot of labour to open and replace the discs and pads. As it was already open, I requested they don’t charge me for the labour for opening again. I was happy to pay reasonable costs for replacing the parts, which should be much lesser. They said I would have to pay the full charge payable even though they didn’t have to do the same amount of work. As I needed to get the car through MOT, I had to pay up.

Very happy - worked solidly for 3.5 hours. Checked vehicle following clutch fitting via a short drive and located and rectified an issue with misfiring caused when returning engine to its original state. This would have been a major cause of distress for us had Declan not identified and then fixed the problem. Great. Thank you.

Ryan was very personable and explained clearly on his first visit that he needed to order another part before he could do the job. I needed the car fixed in time for Christmas and he was able to get everything sorted for me quickly on his second visit on Christmas Eve. Thank you Ryan, you saved Christmas for me!

Although I was originally told he was coming between 8-10 he phoned at 10 and said he wa running late and would be here at 12 . He rang at 12.30 said the price has gone up he could not get the part I had been quoted and he would be there at 2pm .Once arrived he got straight on with it. It took less than an hour.
