Andrei was great. Booked for Sunday evening but called to ask if I were available Saturday instead. I had dpf issues so had booked a forced regen, when Andrei arrived he did his thing but my car wouldn't play along, he recommended a chemical clean that he could carry out then and there. I agreed and about an hour later and my dpf is clean and the real fault has been found. He talked me through everything I need to do to resolve this. Highly recommended.

So when my car broke down all the usual garages I use couldn’t fit me in for 4 weeks. This is when I decided to use click mechanic. A mechanic called Graham contacted me via click mechanic within 2 days to come out and diagnose the problem. 3 days later the car repaired and back home! It needed new clutch so couldn’t be done on the driveway but Graham managed to save me the fee for recovery by limping the car to his garage. Click mechanic takes all the hard work out of finding a good reliable mechanic that can get the job done fast. A top job by a top mechanic.

Friendly and knowledgeable but .Thought a 38 miles round trip for mechanic to drive car to a garage was a long way . Asked for mobile mechanic ,Highlighted a minor problem after returning and quoted price .Would mean another 38 mile round trip .to do repair thought a telephone call to tell me from garage would have been better to ask if I would want repair. doing at time of service.Also said nothing major service report ok.
