The work was fine, but as it was an MOT it needed doing promptly. We book for a Friday which got cancelled that morning and moved to Monday which got cancelled again! Mot due to run out on the Thursday, got collected finally on Tuesday and said it had to be back no later than 2pm as finish work then. It came back at 3.15pm as work needed doing which inconvenienced us no end! We used click mechanic as thought it would be less hassle than taking to a garage around work times turned out very stressful! We had no time if we had wanted to shop around for work that was needed to be quoted on and had no choice but to let the mechanic who had the car do it as we were now running out of time. Also the car was half an hour away from work which used my fuel I thought the garages would be local. We won’t use click mechanic again

Shane was extremely polite and communicates very well. He certainly knew what he was talking about. I thought that he was an extremely good representative as your representative. keep hold of him.

An absolute superstar. I’ve had problems with my car for weeks, spent fortunes getting replacing parts that turned out not to be the problem. Enver was friendly and thorough, he even discovered a lose clip in a different part of the engine and drove over to the shop to get it so it didn’t cause issues later down the line! Honest, quick and a safe pair of hands. I’ve found my new mechanic. Don’t hesitate to book with him.
