Jon was first class, on time, polite, knows what he's talking about. Rang me to give me progress and when delivering the car back. Just a first class service.

My car went in for a service and MOT during the time I was moving house. Jon was amazing at communicating with me on the status of the work to allow me to plan around this. Couldn't recommend using Jon more.

Jon was friendly and knowledgeable, happy with the work carried out. There was an issue with the filter (delivery of filter to Jon ) but Jon was willing to work late to complete the job.

John was very professional, diagnosed and resolved the issue very quickly.

Mechanic was ok, when he dropped the car off, he did not put the engine oil cap back on properly and there was engine oil everywhere. He mentioned about finishing the engine oil and filter, and additional jobs but never completed the job, I had to chase the mechanic to organize a time and day for him to complete the work, that never came to fruition.
Have been chasing him since the middle of Feb 2024.
Receiving a refund and will be taking the work to another mechanic.
Would not recommend this mechanic or the garage he works at.
