He didn’t do the brake fluid he said it wasn’t included in the price I thought a major service included everything.

Sorin and Robert were very thorough with my pre-inspection. The car I wanted to purchase was from a garage 140 miles from me so I could not see the car myself. They arrived at the garage within the timeframe given and checked the car for me. Robert phoned me after the inspection and told me in his opinion it was a good car to purchase and the only fault they could find was a leak in hose of the rear washer and visible damage to the drive belt. They informed me that they had told the dealer and the dealer was happy to fix it for me. I then received a full report by email with photos. I cannot recommend them enough thank you.
