Kia ceed Brake discs and pads replacement - rear (both)

He was punctual and even arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He was very friendly and nice
Although my car is a bit old, he was extremely patient while replacing the brake discs and pads(rear). After the replacement, he took the time to explain the issues with the old brake discs and also advised that the front brake discs and pads may need replacing in the near future.
What I appreciated most was that he took the initiative to clean my wheel . I was genuinely very happy and pleasantly surprised.
In addition, when I had some trouble replacing the wiper blades myself, he kindly stepped in without hesitation to help and showed me how to fit them properly.
I truly appreciate all the extra help he provided.
Next time my car has an issue, I will definitely contact him again, and I will also recommend him to my family and friends.
