Chris listened to my experience of the fault, carried out his own diagnostic tests, replaced the faulty part, cleared the fault codes and retested the system. Happy the repair was completed he showed me the faulty part and demonstrated why it was faulty. He completed the task efficiently and provided a digital invoice for the work. I am very pleased to be mobile again.

Had 4 glow plugs replaced by top tech and the mechanic was excellent and talked us through the whole process, which took around 40 minutes.

The guy was sound, happy with that I’m just a little bit miffed that I didn’t receive a mechanic with the equipment that was needed to test the job I advertised as in the description I explained there was smoke in the cab and out the back end, I would assume this would be taken into account and the mechanic arriving should have the correct equipment, I feel a little robbed to be honest now I’ve had to pay another £95 for a smoke test by another mechanic.

The mechanic at SFX autos was absolutely amazing i can not fault a single thing. I bought a standard pre car inspection for a 2nd hand private car sale, he checked absolutely everything he possibly could went above and beyond for me i could not recommend him enough. punctual and on time, notified me when he was on the way, when he got there and sent a final message after the inspection had been done to check up on how it all went. absolutely amazing service very polite and punctual. having experience with audis he knew absolutely everything i asked him and answered every question without fault. would recommended him to anyone needing the same service. would 100% buy this service with the same mechanic again in the future if and when i need another car. absolutely spot on could not recommend him enough . thank you 👍🏼👍🏼
