Freddie did everything required well in good time and with a very pleasant attitude. My only complaint is not with Freddie but with the ClickMechanic who said about Freddie’s appointment today when actually did the job on Wednesday.

I booked a major service and MOT and was really impressed with the service provided by Freddy. He responded quickly to a message I sent and let me know exactly what time he’d be arriving, which was really helpful.

Freddy carried out a pre-MOT check before taking the car for the test, which unfortunately failed due to two worn tyres. Even though he wasn’t able to replace the tyres himself, he went above and beyond—he got quotes, and even booked an appointment for the tyre replacement and MOT retest the very next day.

He also gave me the option not to continue with the service if I didn’t want to, but I chose to go ahead as my car was in need of one. Freddy then made sure the service was done thoroughly and to a high standard.

Thanks to his help, the car passed the MOT the following day with no issues. I’m really pleased with the whole experience—Freddy was professional, friendly, and went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend!! Read more
