Yes he was both friendly and knowledgeable and I am very happy with the work they carried out. It was a fix required for MOT and he got it done in time for me to make it to the centre for reassessment

Oil filter had not been changed. When I received the car I've asked if everything had been changed as per the list of the service and the answer was yes. When I checked the car afterwards by my own, I've realised that the oil filter was the same as before. I've called the mechanic and I've asked if he changed it for sure and said yes and when I explained him that the existing filter was the same with my previous one he admitted that he didn't. Due to there were not convenient dates for pick and collection from the mechanic, I've driven my car to the garage for changing it finally there
