Excellent job. Saved me a lot of money. First rate. This is the second time I have used click mechanic for a Pre-sales check and it is worth every penny. Jamie was absolute top notch. I had asked him to be aware of the rear of the car I wanted checked and he called me as soon as he had done that and advised it wasn't looking good and should probably walk away which I did.

The experience was awesome.. collected and returned the car as advised. Work required was completed and price was communicated with no hidden costs. I certainly recommend these guys. Professional and friendly. Will definitely use again.

Terrible job, managed to strip the thread on 4 wheel nuts, I witnessed him using a lump hammer and a bar to try to loosen them, he broke various sockets, then tried to blame the last people for stripping threads- wheels not been off for @ 8000 miles! Left me with one side brake pads changed, both wheels insecure and charged me full price. Do not recommend.

Jacek arrived on time and got on with the work quickly despite the terrible weather. He went through what he'd done as well as advising about some other potential issues. Friendly and informative. I would book him again.

More than one person involved made confusing to know who did what or who was in charge, starting with the app. Not even know the name of the people who actually did work in the car. I have to admit that because I'm lorry driver I was unable to always answer the phone and this made communication difficult. Besides all that, they were friendly and overall helpfull, also flexible when receiving my car after hours.
