Didn’t carry out all the work requested - front trim is still hanging off. Took a while to return the car back home after the work was completed, with no communication in between to let me know when my car would be returned.

17.07.24 - Initial enquiry from Customer through Click Mechanic, wished for work to be done on a Saturday.
17.07.24 11.56 Hockey Garage contacted to say we could do on the Friday, being the 19th July 2024
18.07.24 13.33 Customer replied to accept new time and confirm pickup between 08.00 to 10.00am Friday 19.07.24
19.07.24 - Vehicle collected and work carried out as per instruction from Customer, Full Service, MOT with collection and delivery. No mention of any other work required.
19.07.24 - Vehicle returned late afternoon of the 19.07.24 - before 17.00pm
Hockey Garage carried out all work and mot as requested, no additional work requested by customer.
