I didn’t meet the mechanic, as it was done online. As a night worker, I was in bed when they collected car, and when they returned the car. However, I had a call first thing this morning to discuss the car, and its collection. The lady was very helpful. And when I explained I worked nights, it was agreed I would leave the key in the car. They would collect and redeliver vehicle. So I didn’t need to get up. Which was great.

I have never used this service before, and as a google search for a mobile mechanic at 4am to see if I could get the vehicle repaired before Monday night. I found this service. I reluctantly filled in details, was given a price, and reluctantly booked it not knowing what to expect. I have to say I am impressed. It was effortless, and quicker than I expected. The fact my car was done the same day was fantastic. And I was happy with the price.

I will definitely use this service again, and I would definitely use the garage that did the repair.
