Georghe arrived a little early and completed the job well within the time indicated. He carried out a scan to check that the installation had been successful. He was very friendly and gave full confidence that he knew what he was doing and just gone on with the job. Excellent. Would use Click Mechanic again.

Hi my mechanic was punctual and communicated well. I had explained what the problem was when I booked.

Really good and really friendly. Managed to near enough resolve the issue there and then

I booked the 6-8pm slot. He called me at 7.46pm to tell me he was running late and tried to reschedule for the following morning, when I said that wasn't a possibility he said he would have something to eat, then be with me. I had to call him at 9.11pm to learn he was 10 minutes away.
Upon his arrival he confirmed my suspicions, and proceeded to cable tie the problem (despite my request for a more permanent solution) and left.
I strongly disagree that this bare minimum level of work mixed with the excess waiting time (causing me to miss out on an engagement that my partner and I were supposed to be attending) is suitable customer service, let alone worth being charged £76. 39 for something I could have done myself!
