Brandon was punctual arrived early. Even returned next day as drive belt supplied was the wrong one.

My car sudden;y announced that the alternator was no longer charging and the garages around Chelmsford, at least all the ones that I contacted about were telling me that they could not look at it until July 1st at best and others were quoting me 11th July. Totally unacceptable to me as I needed to get to Maldon at twice a week to get my son to his place of work. 20 minutes by car, almost 90 minutes by buses with 3 change of buses in each direction. I was hoping for someone to fix it for me Friday, but as it was it was done on Monday, still way better than 1st July. Sadly however the mechanic had managed also to disable my AC in the process and also the car was making some very odd noises. I phoned them the following morning and they returned and discovered that they had managed to break a cable on the AC compressor, which they repaired and also the noises also disappeared at the same time. While it was a bit disappointing that this mistake happened, these things do happen at times and what really matters is how was the problem was dealt with, and it was prompt and politely handled and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

Arrived on time to pick car up. Dropped car off earlier than expected after passing mot with flying colours. Car was as clean as when it was picked up. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future

Darren was lovely. Explained what he had done and showed me pictures and then provided a clear explanation of the further problem he found with my car that he unfortunately couldn’t fix today. The receipt and health report followed via email very soon after his visit.

Andrew was punctual, and wasted no time in efficiently completing new front pads and discs. Overall a very convenient and competitively priced service.
