Christian came to sort out and change my cars spark plugs, whilst it was meant to have been a quick job my car had other ideas! After the job was done, I had some ignition problems and that was because of a part that had been fitted from the manufacturer which had come loose from fitting the spark plugs. Christian came and sorted the problem out after his other jobs and offered a friendly service at the same time!

Jack was very friendly and carried out the inspection quickly. He spent the time to explain the issue with the car and talked over the options for fixing the diagnosed problem. Although Jack was very punctual on the day of the inspection, he did have to cancel the first appointment (hence the 4 stars). Overall very good service.
