Yes, he walked us through the work he carried out and also what I would need at the next service interval. He used top-quality parts and was very knowledgeable.

George was great, I know nothing about cars but he explained everything clearly and I was happy with the work carried out.

Andrew arrived early and gave me advice on possible Issues arising in the future and let me know what will be required, work was done well and in good time didn't have me off the road for long whilst waiting, would definitely recommend to others

He’s so genuine and helpful tells you literally everything you need to know and answers any and all questions. Can’t really praise him any more helped me make the decision to buy the car

George gave excellent all round service. As well as undertaking the job he was booked for (brake pads), he brought all his past BMW knowledge with him and could answer all my questions on other potential jobs that will be needed in the next year or two. He did not suggest any unnecessary work, in fact quite the opposite. Would definitely use his services again!
