Well, my car no longer rattles so that must be good. I only gave 4 stars for punctuality as it reflects reality but it wasn't their fault as they got caught in traffic. They were always letting me know what was occurring and so it was no issue.

Ashley messaged ahead to provide a time of arrival and was punctual. They were knowledgeable and swift in replacing the main battery. They'd also identified a couple of fault codes. Thanks for a pleasant transaction.
