Ford Focus Alternator replacement

Although Hayden was on time and communicated well the car is still not fully fixed, so I’m not sure if the diagnostics was fully considered

Thank you for your feedback.
Sorry to hear the vehicle is still experiencing issues.
As per our conversation the vehicle was diagnosed by the RAC as requiring an Alternator replacement. Upon inspection it was clear that the Alternator did require a replacement. All the relevant checks within the allocated time were carried out to ensure that the Battery and Alternator were operating as expected.
I would advise a full diagnostics be carried out on the underlying issue now that the Alternator has been replaced.

Hyundai i30 Brake discs and pads replacement - front (both)

Hayden did a fantastic job with my Hyundai! Gave me a call the evening before the work date to confirm everything, provided a ETA which he then further confirmed with a text message the morning of the work.
Hayden provided me with a warm welcome, and I knew from the start I could trust him to complete the required works!
Would highly recommend Hayden and will be likely to book him again for any future work needed!
