“Imran carried out a pre-purchase inspection on a Maserati Ghibli. He was polite and professional, and made me feel as if he was 'on my side'. He had a good knowledge of this car, and a good knowledge of costs required to rectify the issues he discovered. He did a very thorough inspection and test drive, provided plenty of photos both in the report and via whatsapp immediately upon completion of his inspection. He had the intelligence to obtain a chamois leather to enable a proper inspection of the paintwork despite it raining at the time. He even gave feedback on the actual car dealer, describing him as friendly and helpful, which also gave peace of mind. Very pleased with the inspection - would definitely recommend!”

“Andrei was great. Was able to book the same day, showed up on time and communicated well at all times I.e texting ahead of time to confirm how long he was going to be. Andrei and his partner diagnosed the problem immediately and offered a solution (replacement battery). He also offered to change my front brake pads and discs and looked at an engine light for me, and can me a very quick diagnosis. Something even the manufacturer hasn’t been able to do! He offered to fix the issue that was causing the engine light, and quoted me exact numbers for the price of all 3 jobs (replacement battery, front discs and pads replacement and replacement glow plugs). Due to price, I opted for the battery and the replacement brakes, and Andrei advised to contact the manufacturer regarding the glow plugs as it may be covered under warranty. Andrei replaced the battery within 15 mins and got the car started, and said he would return later that evening with the parts to replace the brakes. Andrei text later that evening to confirm he had been to two stores to find the parts but couldn’t get them. However he had ordered them and would be able to pick them up the next day and fit the same evening. Andrei re booked another slot for the following day (for work he never anticipated following the first booking) and turned up on time with the parts to fit the brakes. This was done quickly and efficiently in the dark! Very great service, with great communication, will definitely be using again. Thanks Andrei.”

“I didn't get to speak with the mechanic. The online fields weren't clear to me which phone number was needed so I put the dealer's phone number twice. However, I did pay for the phone call and he had the dealer's number who's obviously got my contact details so I would have expected the mechanic to make a bit of an effort to get my number and give me a call.

The mechanic found 2 faults which was great, but just ticked good for everything else. The vehicle is just over a year old so I would have expected some to be excellent and maybe some to be fair.”
