“Yasser undertook a diagnostics check on our vehicle; he was unable to attend at the scheduled time due to another job taking longer than expected, but he was clear in his communication about this and ensured the car was inspected promptly. He was unable to conduct repairs due to the issue being more complex and requiring a full manufacturer diagnostics, but he was able to provide enough information to assist this process. He explained clearly what he had found and ensured I had the formal report in a timely manner. He offered good advice and was very thorough in explaining the problem.”
