“I found Mandy and the chaps who collected and picked up my vehicle very helpful and friendly!

There was a slight delay out of the mechanic’s hands with the part being delayed and I had to chase updates but overall it was a great experience and they turned a clutch replacement round within 48 hours which for one mechanic working on his own due to it being the holidays and sickness is very very good going and the car came back shiny! I would recommend to anyone!”

“Jamie was terrific and saved me from buying what would turn out to be very problematic first car. He communicated every step of the way including when he showed up early and even read the note I’d left him. The call debrief afterwards was very helpful and he broke down the concepts for me so I can understand easily as this was my first car purchase so know very little about what goes in cars. Pictures included on the portal were clear and invaluable in getting back my holding deposit as the dealer disputed what Jamie had seen. Thoroughly recommend Jamie and his mechanic service!”

“Off the back of my last review I'd like to update it by saying Shane did a very kind thing, taking my car in for a free diagnostic, as my car was still having issues. It turned out there was a few other things that needed doing besides the wheel bearing. The wheel bearing issue itself was definitely fixed, as the loud noise has gone away and it handles better than it did originally.

Shane and team kept me updated on the day they were diagnosing the car and dropped it off in a timely manner. I was very happy with the service. It was great to find out what the underlying causes for the vibration were (it still vibrates at 60+mph), and I feel much less anxious now that I know how to proceed.”
