The entire process from booking the job online with ClickMechanic was just perfect and so easy. I required a lot of work doing. The mechanic was very helpful and knowledgeable. He contacted me when I booked the job and confirmed everything. He arrived to collect my vehicle and was professional and polite. He rang me a bit later to tell me that some of the work I had booked was not necessary and he would remove it from the job saving me money. I also added some other small bits of work. He was accommodating and very efficient and all of the work was completed and my car returned to me at home at the time stated. A full explanation of all work completed, the necessary paperwork was handed to me including my new MOT certificate.
