The mechanic was polite and did his job, however he was here approximately 15 minutes at a cost of £111.59. then I get a repair quote of over £1,100.00 was it worth it not at that price I paid.

Poor. Neither task was completed successfully.
I've requested a refund or second technician visit.

The mechanic was very good and knowledgeable at diagnosing the issues. My expectation was that the issues would be fixable by this garage as I had already suggested what the issues were, they were known prior to the mechanics visit. The fact that this garage couldn’t fix two out of three issues because they couldn’t obtain parts I felt was very poor.

He seem to be very friendly, I had to leave him to get on with it due to being at work . So thank you very much for the good service and very quick response as I was up in the lakes for 2 day due to work and I needed to go back to Harrogate that day ☺️

mechanic arrived a little earlier than expected which was good. he was friendly and told me what he had fixed. only downside was i wouldnt say the service was very thorough as the car was never test driven after the fault was 'fixed'. car went straight back into limp mode after driving about 200 meters.

Highly professional and competent technician - quickly identified the problem and solved with minimum fuss; and at a competitive price. Would definitely use this service again

Very good bit expensive call out but to the door is better than traipsing round for a garage
