They were great and very helpful. They explained what the thought the problem was and what to do if it persists.

Joe arrived promptly and very quickly set to work. He apeared to be very knowledgable about my 2005 clk mercedes and highlighted another issue that will need addressing. I will be booking via clickmechanic for this and some other preventitive maintenance which i had identified previously.

I was left with a feeling of confidence about my car which often times you do not get from local garages. Many thanks guys....

The work done by Jm was excellent and showed great perseverance in finding the problem and checking all other the parts of the car we're functioning correctly and good condition. if I had the choice I would choose him or any future work.

Andy was grate he was very helpful and managed to get my filter changed fairly quick as well, he was patient in making sure the vehicle was running well after the test drive

JM did well in tracking the issue to a seized alternator. Took me along with the logic of the fault location.
