I’m not impressed at all to be honest. How can you inspect a car and not even drive it on the road for a few miles.

I would like to assure you that I carried out a thorough inspection of the vehicle, including checking its overall condition, inspecting the underneath of the car, and carrying out diagnostic checks using professional equipment.

Regarding the road test, the car dealer only permitted me to test-drive the vehicle within their premises, which I did. Unfortunately, I was not authorised to take the vehicle onto public roads.

I explained the inspection findings to you, including the limitations regarding the road test.

I understand your disappointment, but please be assured that I carried out the inspection as thoroughly as possible within the restrictions imposed by the dealer.
