Joke of a garage, rear brake pads were replaced, car was picked up at 9am and dropped back off at 3pm, I took the key back and went into my house, neighbour knocked on 10 minutes later, car had rolled 100m down the street and smashed into a concrete fence post, causing a lot of damage to the front of my car, handbrake wasn’t tightened thus causing the car to roll, still trying to get this guys insurance details to get my car fixed which doesn’t seem to be happening, there was no apology from him either until at least an hour after the incident, I’m now going to be going through trading standards and small claims court if this isn’t sorted out, and don’t think clickmechanic will help you either should something similar happen to your vehicle, they won’t.

Very happy with the work carried out but a lot of confusion with who was doing the job and money was taken from my account twice ! Very frustrating and hard to speak to people about the matter. But overall very good service

Good work but I was lead to understand the work would be carried out at my address.

Okonkwo brought vehicle back yesterday around 5 or just after, He was very polite and imo having ran the car later on, the repair was great, Clutch very smooth and I was very satisfied with his price and the work done.The only issue was updates as he told me when I rang the wrong part delivered held the job up, That's the only issue I had, Apart from that, I wouldn't hesitate in using him again. Picking vehicle up and bringing it back is another plus for him and his team in my book.
