Knew specific problems relating to the model and talked me through the checks so I could understand a bit about what he was looking for and what to be aware of. “Daniel was extremely helpful & knowledgable. He was able to discuss details of my major service by phone prior to the work being carried out. Daniel picked up the car & kept me informed of his progress as he carried out the work as agreed by us both in a workshop rather than outside in the road. This enabled him to carry out the full service in the workshop environment. He returned the car & did not only provide full details of the work carried out but also provided photos as comfirmation. He gave advice on future work that will be needed. The work carried out appear to be exlemplary . I drove the car 400 miles after the service & the car performed perfectly during 5 hours of torrential rain & 70mph winds (2 jan 2018). I am fully pleased with Daniel's work & the ease & quickness of using ClickMechanic.”
