Dean was actually 15 minutes early First thing he did was check the battery It was dead he charged it and the car started .and he found out it was the original battery on the car. As we only needed a replacement he sourced a replacement and fitted it

Dean is spot on, punctual, tidy, polite and efficient. Gets on with the job and explains what he has done. Points out any other issues you may have without trying the tout for more work. Very impressed, and will definitely request him for the future.

Dean gave me a courtesy call an hour before he arrived which was great!!
He was really friendly and polite, really helpful and knowledgeable.
Replaced the EGR valve within the hour, even though it was in a really awkward place, did an excellent job!!
