“The pre-inspection appears to have been done thoroughly. Faults were picked up from the plug-in diags that I would have expected a main-dealer to have checked when the car was serviced by them prior to putting on the forecourt. Also some paintwork issues were picked up. In the end I decided against the purchase, with the inspection giving more leverage to the uneasy feelings that had crept into the potential purchase via other avenues (i.e. HPI check, etc). Not having the chance to see Midland in action (dealer 100+ miles away) does not allow me to give full marks for quality, but communication via phone, and then the report as promised, could not be faulted.”

“Jamie did a premium pre-purchase inspection for me. Report was very detailed with loads of photos, and he called to go over it and explain it all. I had a couple more questions and he was really helpful explaining some of the points in more detail. Very happy with the service.

The report is good but definitely worth doing the option where you get to speak to the mechanic.”
