Not happy at all!Never give review If something go wrong ,one reason ,I dont want any negative things in my life!But this one is no good at all!James come early whit two days and had no prepared to had the right tool taking off the oil filter!It s ok he comming back the right time than!He come after two days and did the job at least ,that s what I think at first.Than I started driving and the DPF light come on at my dashboard.Drive home and checked the oil level ,and was overfilled,showed him some proof ,picture s ,but he first denied than asked if I overfilled !Why I should do that ?I hired him to change the oil!Anyway he denied all the time instead I send him some proof!Just arrogant and not taking responsabilities,this is why I m pissed!All way long like he acusing me I did something wrong!No need . .the labour is cheap ,should not do anything like that!When I ask him to come over and check the true,he threathening me whit extra cost!Anyway I stuck whit clearing my DPF light ,will cost me a fortune!Seam s like there is no customer right here.Never again this kind of service!Good luck whit this business,from me garage only from now!!!!!! Jack (not James) turned up inside the 2 hour window and replaced my tyre in good time. He said he had been unable to obtain my mobile number which would have enabled him to give me a more accurate ETA, hence my score of 3 for Communication. Could this be because he wasn’t James? He did look remarkably like the profile photo of James though. Overall, I was happy with my booking.

Did a great job, changing the oil and filter. Absolutely no mess left, very polite and very experienced mechanic. Would highly recommend.
