Jack (not James) turned up inside the 2 hour window and replaced my tyre in good time. He said he had been unable to obtain my mobile number which would have enabled him to give me a more accurate ETA, hence my score of 3 for Communication. Could this be because he wasn’t James? He did look remarkably like the profile photo of James though. Overall, I was happy with my booking.

Hi, I’m Jack. I’ve been working on cars since before I even left school, and turning that passion into a career was an easy choice for me. I spent four years working in a garage as a mechanic before being made redundant during COVID. After that, I joined the RAF and served for three and a half years, gaining valuable experience, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
When I left the RAF, I went straight back into mechanics—because working with cars is what I truly enjoy.
