“Jonathan is clearly a hard working, very knowledgable mechanic, but I do wonder if the network is worked too hard.
My job was scheduled to be completed between 2-4pm however it was 6.30pm before he was able to get to me, because of other jobs that he was scheduled to complete.
Unfortunately, he was supplied with incorrect brake pads meaning he was unable to complete the job too. Not great.
Very much to Jonathan’s credit he said he would work Sunday to get my brake pads fitted, allowing a day or two for the right parts to be ordered.
As he said Jonathan arrived Sunday afternoon and completed the job to my satisfaction.”
