What can I say, my entire experience with this mechanic has been horrendous from start to finish.... But what mention first? the complete lack of communication, the five days waiting for the car to be collected, the three week wait for the simple clutch issue to be fixed, or the seemingly endless excuses that were trotted out in order to explain the delays. Given what they told us they must be the unluckiest people to ever exist! The most hilarious(!) one was when they lost a mechanic for an entire day, or when the car was on the the ramp every time we rang (daily) for an enrire week. All in all I would not only never recommend this garage, I would tell people to actively avoid them and run screaming as far as possible in the opposite direction. I will be looking at taking my complaint higher. Read more

No not at all,when we went on line and checked the feedback that’s why we chose you,they new all about the age of the vehicle when they phoned to see what the problem was,my vehicle was picked up Saturday afternoon,we were told they would keep us informed,we didn’t even get a call my wife phoned 8 days later,and was told the car went on the diagnostic machine Friday and no faults were found,and the mechanic would give me a call back,nothing so we phoned again Tuesday and was told because of the age of the vehicle it wouldn’t fit there diagnostic machine,I explained about the call the day before,and was told some one will definitely ring us back,nothing then Wednesday afternoon we got a call back,same story the vehicle age so why did they take it they new the age of the vehicle when it was picked up,we were so upset that they had,had our vehicle all that time,we missed all the nice weather,as we always out in it,a classic car show,so we just asked for our vehicle to be returned,was charged £54,and they returned it the following day,I wouldn’t recommend them at all,.
