Con artists. Took an extra £90 for labour that wasn't carried out after having my car for 5 days. I have had to take my car elsewhere for repairs who have said bulbs had not been changed and said that only one shoe was needed! Platts motors said my car needed new drums and 2 shoes. I have saved around£300 by getting the repair done elsewhere. Very dishonest company. Will be taking this to trading standards.

Update - as of 26/06/20 I can confirm New Platt Motors have refunded the £90.00. I can also confirm I was not charged for replacing of bulbs.

Excellent service would definitely recommend very friendly and the collection and delivery service is an added bonus. BMW n47 timing chains big job but not a problem for them.

Picked up when said - delivered back next working day after clutch change - polite, efficient and a great price - recommended

Good, friendly service. Recommended. I didn’t meet the mechanic, but the service was completed satisfactorily.

Work carried out as expected. Did take longer than I expected though they took car away and was expecting it back the following day . But they did not bring it back until the morning after.

The staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. The work was carried out and my car returned within a few hours . Happily they had also solved what was causing a rattle that had been annoying for months !
