Great service and aftercare, highly recommended mechanic . I was happy with all areas of the services provided. Mechanic went out of there way to keep me fully updated and provide fit for purpose solutions to any issues identified.

Only gripe I have is with clock mechanic, they state they will take no money until work has been completed and you are satisfied, yet they took money the day before my car was even collected which I was not happy about.

Never tried this garage B4. Usually use local but prices gone up. Service was very Good. Angela was very polite and on time, picked my works vehicle up @ 10.00am and serviced in Northwich @ New Platts garage. Passed M.O.T and had full service. Van delivered promptly back to my home @ 4.30pm ready for work the next day. 5 star professional service especially just after Corona virus set backs. Thanks everyone at Platts. very pleased with the work, had my car collected and returned free of charge so didn't see or speak to mechanic but the Lady who collected my car was polite and friendly

After a tricky start & them having to return my car without doing the service, they came back the week after & true to their word, had it back to me before I finished work
