Nick was great. He phoned to say when he would arrive. He arrived when he said he would. He asked some basic questions to confirm that the work did need doing. He then got on with the work, and got it sorted.

Also, he clearly understood that I (like him I think) am very wary of contact due to COVID19, and the entire work was done using safe social distancing practices.

I checked the clutch with a short drive and the work is definitely good. Very impressed.

There was a little delay but Nick kept me fully informed and it really wasn't a problem. He came , carried out the work and left no mess.
