“Jack must be the best of the best. I am somewhat elderly, still with most of my faculties and mobility , but with a tendency to panic if the car is being troublesome. This was the case when Jack came on the scene. In no time I was assured that all would be well and it was. Jack has an authorative but pleasant manner that put me at ease immediately. This guy knows what he is talking about. I thought I`d be without the car for days, but I wasn`t. He had to source a part for my 15 year old Jag, and he did in no time at all, that is quite incredible. As an aside the whole exercise was not expensive. Thank you so much. Don Hill.”
