Paul was friendly and very helpful. The error code originally suggested an issue with the crankshaft sensor, so I got a quote from ClickMechanic. However, when Paul arrived and checked the car, everything was fine – no fault showing at all. Paul still did his best to investigate and make sure the problem wouldn’t happen again.

Unfortunately, despite Paul only carrying out a diagnostic, the ClickMechanic company still charged me around 80% of the quotation, which feels like a bit of a rip-off. Paul, thank you for your effort, but I’ll be avoiding ClickMechanic in future.
