“My son’s car needed a timing chain replaced ASAP. He works at the airport and sometimes there isn’t public transport available for the times he needs to be there. In desperation I trusted clickmechanic and I have to say I’m over the moon with the whole process. I received a prompt response shortly after requesting a mechanic for the job and made contact as soon as I knew the mechanic assigned. Ash was very reassuring that the car would be collected in the morning at around 8am and sure enough, true to his word he did not disappoint. Later that day, he called to advise the car was ready and listed in detail to me the works he had carried out. Needless to say my son is over the moon and so am i 😊 what a pleasant and easy experience and I think my little family now has a new mechanic who we can trust. I have 2 daughters with their own cars, my sons and of course my own, so there is plenty of work to be sent in the future. Thanks again (ash) @ motorfreakz
