Had a full service & MOT. Car collected within time range. Runs fine.
Just 2 points -
1 All digital communication (texts, emails) was from a "Craig" but it was James that collected & returned car. Was Craig the actually mechanic & James just collected & delivered car ?
2 Disappointed that the drivers light grey seat upholstery had black stains on it where someone sat. Suggest mechanics protect upholstery with plastic covers before sitting.
Had to buy a spray to clean the oil stains. Please warn customers to cover the drivers seat so upholstery will be protected.

First of all very poor communication. Mechanic was late but never tell anybody that he’s gonna be late. He reach 18:30 done his inspection within hour and send the inspection report next day at 17:00 because of him car was sold.

Mr Iqbal, your claim that the mechanic was late is just simply not true and some what teetering on the edge of malicious, you escalated the matter to click mechanic who marked your claim as resolved in the resolution centre, the following day indicating we were not in the wrong, the car you were trying to buy scored a 40/100 had you taken the time to answer our calls we could have explained the faults found and the engine noises we discovered along with the rips in the interior and faults hidden in the vehicles computer modules, it would have been foolish to continue with the purchase with the findings in mind, nevertheless you are disappointed with the service you paid for, the need for an inspection clearly shows you are not in a position to make the decision to purchase without expert guidance, this guidance was given and yet you are still not happy, also the asking price was way below market value this should have indeed rang alarm bells in your quest for the bargain of the summer.
Indeed you did received the comprehensive report in under 24hours (which would have been faster without the claim/case being opened) we would never have sent the report before the resolution as no assurance we would received payment for the works carried out, a hold up created by yourself.
Unsure how giving an accurate report is not satisfactory, if you have strict proof your claim the mechanic was late is true, not only will I reimburse your fee from my own pocket without hesitation infact even double it, even the claim above “ He reach 18:30 done his inspection within hour” actually contradicts your review an inspection that takes over an hour could not be completed by half past if we did not attend in the booked time of 16:00 to 18:00.
