Richard was very friendly knowledgeable and thorough but unfortunately could not fix the fault. He did give some good advice for going forward.

I was happy with the work carried out. I am unsure why he checked the oil level for a non start? It gave the impression that he was trying to pad out the time. Maybe it was just me, because he didnt turn up until 1948 pm. I told him i had commitments from 2030. Luckily, it was done by then.

Absolutely, I really appreciated their honesty regarding the faults that they have found and for the recommendations for proper maintenance. They were very efficient. Hopefully, they’ll be my mechanic for my next service.

I was rather disappointed to be honest.i expected a diagnostic and then to be told what needed to be fixed and aI would then have paid to have a functional car. Instead I’ve had to find another garage to change transmission oil which I could have done in the first place. Regarding the second car we were given a very vague answer and are not confident the issue was solved.
