Saf was incredibly professional. He quickly identified several issues with the car and gave us honest and well-balanced advice, which helped us avoid potential costly repairs in the future. I truly appreciate that. He was also very patient — no matter what questions we asked, he listened carefully and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended!

Faisal was amazing. He communicated throughout the process, fixed my clutch in a timely manner and collected my car from work and dropped it to my home. What more could I ask for? I will 100% use him again.

Darren told us here would be at ours between 8 to 10 it was 9.50, the work carried out was good and sent photos of the work carried out. However after inspection we noticed my under tray was missing, we called Darren he said he had the under tray and would come back and fit it if we wanted it back on the car, and it wasn’t needed on the car. He then said he would come back the next day to fit it. But after about 5 calls and text the following day we realised he wasn’t coming to fit our under tray that he had taken of my car. He then text us the next day to say he was sorry and had rebooked us for 9am the following Thursday over a week after doing the initial work, and him being uncontactable while the issue was being dealt with. We have now raised a complaint with Click Merchanic.

Both guys did a fantastic job - hire them immediately. They knew their stuff, worked in a dim light and awkward position but still did a stirling job.

Had a clutch change, was on time, nice in communication, professional and car is much smoother now. There was an error which he offered to delete free as well although I managed to clear it. Happy overall.
