Communicated to the person who collected the car that there was a couple of concerns I had about the MOT, they mentioned the car would go through MOT before any service so that I could verify if changes are needed. This was not done.
I got a phone call about repair work needed, this wasn't something I could afford and so had to scrap the car. However, the full payment for service/mot was then charged. When asking for confirmation if this was true and carried out I was told "I'm the mechanic, I know what I'm doing". This isn't something I expected and do not have any knowledge argue otherwise.

I requested the work to be quoted in the clickmechanic website but was told this work isn't available as an option. I then requested more updates about collecting personal belongings from car and also how to scrap it but was ignored, with follow-up call 1 week later from the MOT garage NOT the mechanic who organised through clickmechanic.

I've used clickmechanic for a few years and can say this isn't the normal, but it has shattered any trust in the system as my car was in a location I had no control over and the support given was non-existent Read more

The two mechanic that did the job on my car did not fix the problem they made the problem worse !! i only wanted a crankshaft sensor change which couldn't be done on my drive as they said its snapped and couldn't get it out, if they did and couldn't be fixed the car would not start which cost me £122. So i booked in for the car to go to there garage and agreed a price of another £150 to do the fix and an oil change because they had to break the sensor out, all good. But this were the problems began they couldn't find or source the correct sensor to do the fix. Am not 100%, but i think the tried to repair the old sensor and put it back in now am getting Engine management codes PD06DB which is serious because its something to do with the oil pressure control and could have serious engine damage, PD016 and PD017. So the car come back worse and told the wife when they dropped it back of the were not going to touch or look at the car again. Read more

Found the issue within minutes. Unfortunately not a problem he could fix but gave the car the once over and advised all good
