I have booked the slot 8h - 10h, they came 09:50, Brian was friendly and proceded to do his work, but he called and said he tried everything but due to a issue in the motor he couldn’t do any, while i understand that he needs to be payed for his job i still don’t get why should i pay in full for something that wasn’t made. But over all was nice and even give me a advice.

Happy with the service , arrived on time and found the fault with my car within 10 minutes , although it came back on the report that he couldn’t fix it I have now managed to find someone who can straight away and it makes it that much easier knowing what was wrong.

Brian was fantastic! Have been having issues with starting my car recently - suspected it needed a new Battery but needed to be checked to be sure. Diagnostics done yesterday confirmed this (and other issues) and Battery has been replaced today. Brian fully answered all of my questions and would be happy to use Brian again in the future for any further work needed. Highly recommended!!
