Excellent DPF clean and great service from Nicolay. Nicolay carried out a DPF cleaning on my car and did an excellent job from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable about his work and was extremely punctual, even arriving earlier than the scheduled time. He was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain the issues with my car and the further work that may be needed, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service. I am very happy with the work done and would gladly recommend Nicolay and ClickMechanic to others.

A very competent technician. I could see on arrival he wanted to get on with the job and did not want to talk much, this was fine by me. The temperature outside was sub zero all day. On completion he explained exactly the work he had completed in the warmth of our house. A very likeable individual who is a credit to your organisation.

Charlie was extremely knowledgable about the possible car issues. His explanation of cause of issue was clear and understandable, even for those who have little mechanical car knowledge.. Charlie then explained the processes he would go through to gain more information. Once diagnosis was completed, once again he was clear in his explanation of what had been discovered.

Nathaniel was friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and explained what he had checked so far. From his initial inspection he felt the car was worth buying, which was helpful. However, the inspection felt a bit rushed as he arrived early and left before the booked time slot ended, so I didn’t get the chance to meet him in person or go through the car together. Overall a decent service, but the experience could have been improved with more time and clearer expectations.

Freddy was great, friendly and spent time trying to a sort a problem out instead of dismissing it. If I am back down in that area again with a car issue I'd 100% want Freddy to sort it.
