Extremely poor experience. My car was returned damaged (front splitter broken) and with parts missing, including the engine cover and clips. I was told the damage happened when removing the car from the ramp, which raises serious concerns about competence and care.

Despite being promised a replacement and fix, the mechanic stopped responding entirely and failed to resolve anything. I was left to deal with the situation myself and had to escalate through Klarna to recover costs.

This level of service is unacceptable. Lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

They robbed me of £20 off my card. No work was undertaken on my car.

Billy came out on time on a freezing Sunday, was friendly, cheerful and got my mother in laws car going for us then and there freeing up the hand brake and getting her back on the road. Very happy, thank you!
