I have given five star for all as the end product was a very high standard and the car feels like new however they could be a lot better at communicating timelines and calling but I am not going to let this minor thing affect the work was to a high standard and I most likely will use the garage again they just need to be a bit more proactive with calls. Overall very happy with the work carried out. Mechanic was polite and approachable the car was picked up and dropped off as expected which was great.

Extremely poor experience. My car was returned damaged (front splitter broken) and with parts missing, including the engine cover and clips. I was told the damage happened when removing the car from the ramp, which raises serious concerns about competence and care.
Despite being promised a replacement and fix, the mechanic stopped responding entirely and failed to resolve anything. I was left to deal with the situation myself and had to escalate through Klarna to recover costs.
This level of service is unacceptable. Lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

As the mechanic that carried out your work I can assure you that no parts are missing or broken, I did also take accountability for the splitter being damaged as i made you aware of this when dropping the car back off, we did offer to replace this free of charge. I do apologise for your emails being missed & offered to pay for the splitter that you had to replace. Sorry again
