The car was collected and returned within 2 hours which was a lot quicker than I expected for a full service obhave been turnaround. I expected a longer wait as with previous full services it normally took 4-5 hours.

Lee was very professional on time and completed the job well within the time allocated.

Marc was great, he came out and diagnosed the issue with my car, there was no pressure from him to have him back to carry out the work, however I did call him after he left to see if he could source the part I needed and come back to fit if! Marc sent me a quote and booking link within minutes of me calling him. He came back the day after New Year’s Day to do the work and all is now great! THANKS MARC!!!!

Excellent DPF clean and great service from Nicolay. Nicolay carried out a DPF cleaning on my car and did an excellent job from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable about his work and was extremely punctual, even arriving earlier than the scheduled time. He was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain the issues with my car and the further work that may be needed, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service. A very competent technician. I could see on arrival he wanted to get on with the job and did not want to talk much, this was fine by me. The temperature outside was sub zero all day. On completion he explained exactly the work he had completed in the warmth of our house. A very likeable individual who is a credit to your organisation.
