Great communication from start to finish with Duane. The fact that he picked up my car himself and took the time to test-drive it gave him valuable insight into what needed attention. He provided a clear, fair-priced set of options for moving forward, which I really appreciated. It’s such a good feeling when you get your car back from a service and can genuinely tell it’s running better. He even made the MOT painless for my 15-year-old car. Thanks, Duane! Mark was very punctual and speedy. Happy with the work and feedback he gave us on the van we'd like to buy and we were able to negotiate a lower asking price due to some things he flagged up which was great. The only negative was the fact that we never got our free phone call/consultation included in the premium package which would've been nice to have to talk over the issues he found.

Mechanic was friendly but specifically told me that the issue was not my windshield motor. He explained I would be charged £150 for labour which was ok however I have since had a second opinion on the issue and the mechanic has confirmed it is a motor issue therefore I’ve now wasted money.
