Excellent service. Mechanic took real care with the vehicle and went above and beyond without being asked — including refitting air filter clamps that had been left off previously. Brake fluid and oil service completed properly, service light reset, and the car now drives noticeably smoother with clean gear changes. Professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. Would happily use again.

I have never used a mobile service before and was slightly concerned as to how it would be. However I need not have worried as from the very beginning I found it very easy to navigate from completing the online form to the finished repair. Once I had been notified of who the mechanic would be I was kept informed of arrival time and what to expect. I also appreciated the fact that the payment would not be taken until the repair had been completed to my satisfaction. My allocated mechanic was Alin, and prior to his visit I was able to see previous reviews of his work. On the day of the repair Alin called to let me know he was only 10 minutes away. He arrived at the specified time and began the work immediately. He obviously knew his way around my nissan qashqai as he completed the removal and replacement of the heater blowers in just over 1 hour. I had previously been told by several garages it would take at least a minimum of 3 hours. On completion Alin showed me photographs of each stage of the repair and asked me to check that I was happy to sign off on his work. He also pointed out one or two other minor issues he had found. I can honestly say I was very impressed with his polite manner and the skill and professionalism he had throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him and if all the mechanics are as skilled and pleasant as Alin I will definately be using the service again for any future repairs.

John was absolutely fantastic! I thought my car was leaking oil but John diagnosed it was just some overspill from me topping up the oil. Did a great job of full service and gave car a good check over. On time, polite and clearly highly knowledgeable. I can highly recommend 👍
