I have had bad experiences using car service and repair type bookings online BUT on this occasion, I have been pleasantly surprised. I required a new timing belt on my wife car and being quite a mechanically minded i knew the online quote through click mechanic was well priced and competitive. This highlighted some real con artitsts as a recieved a quote from another online company iver twice the price stating 7 hours labour!. Daniel, the mechanic arrived on time and fot straight to work. He was fast and pointed out some other minor issues (on my to do list for summer jobs) showing hes very competent. I would certainly recommend him and would definitely use him again for any Jobs which I would consider above my skill level.

Booked for between 8 and 10 am. First message to dashboard was at 10 07 advising on way. 2 calls and an hour later, finally made contact I was told Christopher would be out after he dealt with a breakdown in Hillington, so another few hours. He finally agreed to make his way over. Arrived at 12.30. I had arranged a diagnostic. Wasn't told anything more than I had found via a Google search of the error message had advised, but was told it would need a further diagnostic to determine the fault.
