Very efficient and did the work in no time at all. Highly recommended. Didn’t need to check any of the work as he politely went through what he’d done.

The mechanic was friendly and the brake discs and pads were replaced quickly and correctly. Overall, the job quality was good. However, all wheel bolts were tightened with an impact driver, which caused excessive tightening. I later had to remove a wheel and could barely loosen the bolts. This is not best practice and wheel bolts should be torqued correctly with a torque wrench for safety and future maintenance. Apart from this issue, I was satisfied with the service.

All good, called to say they were running a bit late, changed glow plugs and checked diagnostics in about an hour, errors have cleared, van starts fine. Gave some info and a quote to replace the EGR valve as it looks also corroded. Explained everything and used branded parts, showed me the old corroded glow plugs. Happy with service and cost, nice and convenient not having to take it to a garage! Cheers

Charlie was really friendly and helpful, he found the fault but couldn’t fix, he informed me on what I needed to do. So it was £90 to tell me what was wrong and £10 for coming out the next day but now everything is fine as I know what I needed to do. Would definitely recommend and use them again, thank you!

Collecting it and getting it done all went well, however the oil light came on whilst driving the day after and turns out they put too much oil in the car. Now I have to take it to a garage and get it done. Unless clickmechanic could send someone to do it for me. Not sure who to call as the mechanics called on private number so I cant call back.

Corey was extremely helpful. I was recovering from surgery at the time and comms and collection being efficient and friendly made everything easier for me. Work done professionally and and big efforts made to find a specific upgraded part. Will definitely use Carillion again it's rare to find genuine good customer care.
