Dan was great - he introduced himself on arrival. Was prompt and helpful. His communication was excellent, explaining issues clearly in laypersons language and checking out I understood.
He contacted his boss to order an extra part needed, who in turn contacted me by message to confirm the go ahead. Dan then went to collect the part and came back to finish the job the same day. I am extremely pleased with Dan's work and customer service.
