What a lovely man Ion is, so professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Showed me the damaged parts and told me what needed replacing. It took him around 4 hours, the only break he took was to pick up some much needed parts and he was back within half an hour. I've used ClickMechanic a few times and I've never been let down😊

I specified a time which I paid an extra £10 for he was unable to make the time but was able to make the same day later, good as it was still the day but it meant I could not be present for when he arrived.

George carried out the work enthusiastically, efficiently and quickly and kept me informed regarding the salient points during the service. I have given 5 stars overall, however the confusion regarding the arrival time was of concern, otherwise George was friendly and polite at all times.
